Co-living grants flexible, affordable housing in the thick of ideal, remote-work-friendly locations. Co-living is a terrific fit for digital nomads, but it’s also built for professionals, makers, entrepreneurs, artists, and creatives. Aphrodite's village is more than a home. It is a collection of like-minded people who enjoy sharing spaces and ideas. Our unique blend of long-term residents and short-term guests creates a vibrant and dynamic community. Specially organised events serve as centre points to socialize and build connections across and between the residents. 

Enjoy a modern villa with unobstracted views of the sea, in a peacefull environment, with private swimming pool and green areas. Each studio/room of 40 sq.m. is fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, desk, TV, sofa and small fridge, coffee machine and kettle.Three to six bedroom villas, 250 sq.m. to 550 sq.m. covered areas, situated in plots of 600 sq.m. to 1000 sq.m. with garden area and swimming pool. Sea view villas with enough space to accommodate 6 to 12 guests. Co-living option with membership subscription.  Almost all electronic devices in these villas are connected to a smart home system and can be controlled via mobile or tablet. Smart features include movement sensors, cameras, smoke detectors, and temperature sensors. Solar panels are installed in each villa.

Whole floor apartments 250 sq.m. with 5 studios, outdoor large space for BBQ and bar, indoor spacefull open plan living room and kitchen with all facilities for a comfortable stay. Each studio of 30 sq.m. with en-suite bathroom, double bed, smart TV, balcony, desk, fridge and coffee machine. Every studio is designed with different style and colours to cover all tastes. Fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances, area for co-working, 60 inches smart TV, smart home, solar panels, high energy efficiency materials, fast and stable internet. .
