OVERVIEW

Aphrodite's Village is Leptos Estates’ latest, environmentally friendly development, set in one of the most desirable locations in Paphos, Cyprus, near Aphrodite Hills. A unique secure village with apartments, houses and villas, in the suburbs of Paphos ideal for residential and holiday purpose. Villas are carefully sited so residents can enjoy breath taking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Our designs apply rigorous criteria for energy efficiency, claiming that our homes have only 5% CO2 emissions compared to a traditional home. 

Each house has an easy access to their residences with the use of smart locks. Provisions has been made for wheel chairs (larger than normal main doors and WC doors). Also, we considered the functionality of each home by offering low Cupboards for easy reach. 

· Residences are privilaged with Healthy-home functionality, including indoor air quality, room air comfort, and water filtering and purity. Zero Waste, Near Zero Energy, and Construction with minimum waste. All homes are equipped with Smart Home technology, such as wireless light switches, individual room temperature regulation and automatic shading. Switching on and off all of the standby-devices and appliances at the push of a button.

LOCATION

The accessibility to the Project is considered to be good, due to the proximity of the Project’s location to Pafos motorway, giving easy access to the highway network for Pafos, Limassol and Nicosia. Very close to several amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias and a hospital. Exact location: North East edge of the village Kouklia in Paphos. Only 2KM from the nearest beach. 

Approx. 11 minute drive to Unity Medicenter, 17 minute drive to Paphos General Hospital, 25 mins to the mall and 10 minutes to Paphos airport. Sea view and mountain view. Walking distance to the “Sanctuary of Aphrodite” at Palaipaphos. Close to several golf courses
