Each villa is fully furnished and equipped with high quality furniture and electrical appliances. Each detail is taken into consideration for your best accommodation. Almost all electronic devices in this prefab house made of wood and glass are connected to a smart home system and can be controlled via mobile or tablet. Smart features include movement sensors, cameras, smoke detectors, and temperature sensors. Solar panels are installed in each villa/bungalow.  

All rooms are soundproof, equipped with security doors for more safety and privacy, have economically designed wardrobes, small silent fridge, coffee machine, kettle, iron, iron board, hairdryer, towels, sheets, pillows, quilt, blanket and toiletries. 

In every villa you ll find a gym room equipped with a treadmill, elyptic trainer and weight machine. For work-lovers there is a co-working area. Also, a pool and a table tennis for a team exercise/acrivity. In case you are bored to clean or buy groceries, ask for our cleaning and delivery service.
